Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten
The small class size and strong Christian curriculum brings positive results: our students are reading before the year is out.
Our curriculum meets all state requirements for the public schools, but our curriculum gives children another year of walking with Jesus in a Christian environment. Math, reading and language arts, social studies, science, art, and music are all components of our kindergartner’s day.
In addition, our Kindergartners get to go off-campus for some awesome field trips! Tanaka Farm and the fire station are two favorites.
While the class is taught so that your student can go on to first grade from our Kindergarten, we also recommend this class as a transitional Kindergarten experience for our Pre-K graduates who are getting an extra year at the Creek before going to public school Kindergarten.
Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten is only open to those children who will turn five by Dec. 1, 2013 and are potty trained.
School runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am until noon. Extended care is available from 8am til 3pm.
We follow a modified version of the Orange Unified School District schedule.
Program Costs: 2013-2014 School Year
Academic Day: 8:30am-12pm: $4900/year ($490/month)
Extended Day: 8am-3pm: $6300/year ($630/month)
We realize that not everyone can pay the full yearly tuition at once. For your convenience we have divided the year’s tuition into 10 equal monthly payments due on the 15th of each month starting August 15, 2013 and ending May 15, 2014.
To register, download and return a Registration Form along with your registration fee of $175, which contributes to curriculum and supplies purchases. Your registration fee holds your child’s place in the class and is non-refundable.
Once your registration form is received, there is a packet of state forms that much be completed and returned before your child can start school. This packet is due August 1, 2013
